- Visit our website and complete the simple registration form.
- Once registered, you can choose a convenient time for your one-hour shopping appointment.
- After you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your visit.
2. Visit Satin Hearts Together Store
We are located at Satin Med Spa (2700 Coltsgate Rd, Suite 101, Charlotte, NC), and our store is designed to feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment you arrive. When you visit us, you’ll be able to take your time and select the items you need, free of charge. Our goal is to make your experience as easy and stress-free as possible.
- Location: Satin Med Spa, across from SouthPark Mall
- Store Hours: Mon – Sat| 11 AM – 6 PM (By appointment only)
3. Enjoy a Private Shopping Experience
Once you arrive, you’ll have a full one-hour appointment to shop privately in our store. You can take your time, browse through our selection of gently used, high-quality clothing, and try on items in our spacious fitting room.
What You Can Expect:
- A private, one-on-one shopping experience
- Up to 50 items per guest, including clothing, shoes, coats, scarves, hats, and other accessories
- Complimentary snacks and drinks to enjoy while you shop, including coffee, water, juice, and snacks like granola bars, cookies, and crackers
4. Select Up to 50 Items
We offer a wide variety of clothing for men, women, and children—all available completely free of charge. During your appointment, you can select up to 50 items that best suit your needs, from everyday essentials to seasonal items like coats and scarves. Our goal is to provide you with the essentials you need to rebuild with dignity and comfort.
What We Offer:
- Clothing in all sizes for men, women, and children
- Shoes, hats, mittens, and other accessories
- High-quality, gently used items that are clean and in good condition
5. Relief Baggies and Vouchers
As part of our commitment to supporting you beyond clothing, each guest will receive a relief baggie during their visit. These baggies include vouchers to local businesses and restaurants for $50+ in value, to help you get back on your feet. We are partnering with local businesses to ensure that you have additional support as you begin the process of rebuilding your life.
6. Leaving with Dignity and Comfort
When you finish, our volunteers will pack your items in bags or boxes for easy transport. We want you to leave feeling appreciated and supported, not just with clothing, but with a renewed sense of hope.
